All our employees are graduated engineers. We recruit them through a unique process, which is conducted jointly by Israeli and local representatives. In addition to the standard recruitment process, all the candidates participate in a training course led by top level Israeli instructors, and we hire the best engineers from the course. We recruit the best Engineers!

Our management philosophy:

A local experienced CTO runs each of our R&D centers, leads the work and controls the projects from the design stage though development and QA testing stage. The CTO and the team leaders are acting as the “long arms” of the customer, responsible for full reporting, control & supervision to assure on-time & successful completion of the tasks. In addition, our team leaders are trained and mentored by the local CTO and by the Israeli team, to allow them efficiently manage & control their teams.

Quality assurance and control system:
|

We use an advanced controlling system to provide our customers with full transparency and to bridge the distance gap. We use an Internet-based biometric fingertip identification working hours control, web-based project management tools, audio/visual communication and on-going Skype attendance of each of our employees. In addition we assign a local Customer Manager as a “face-to-face” focal point to the customer, define the work specifications and support as required.
